Shareholders are advised that the clients of Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd have acquired a beneficial interest in
Coronation ordinary shares, such that the total of all interests in the ordinary shares of Coronation held by the
clients of Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd are now 10.41% of the total issued Coronation ordinary shares.
