RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 18 September
2015 and subsequent renewal thereof on 4 November 2015. Further to those announcements
and the announcement released on SENS on 3 December 2015 wherein it was announced that
two additional independent non-executive directors have been appointed to the board of directors
of Putprop (“the Board”), shareholders are advised that, with the Board now being correctly
constituted, the delisting process will now continue.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
