APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised of the following appointment to the Board of Clientele
Limited:
Ms. Bonge Mkhondo, (BCom (UCT), Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (Institute
of Marketing Management), MBA (GIBS)), has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of the Group with effect from 01 January 2016.
She was previously the Chief Marketing Officer of the Real People Group.
