CHANGE OF NAME: DECLARATION DATA
Further to the announcements released on Friday, 6 November 2015 and
Thursday, 12 November 2015, respectively, shareholders are advised that
the shareholders of the Company have resolved to change of the name of
Company from Southern View Finance Ltd to VestIN Holdings Ltd (“Change of
Name”).
The Company currently trades under the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”)
ticker “SVF.BH” and the JSE Limited (“JSE”) ticker “SVF” on the Alternative
Exchange (“AltX”).
After the Change of Name, the Company will trade on the BSX under the
ticker “VIN.BH” and the short name “VestIN”, and on the AltX under the
ticker “VIN” and the short name “VestIN”.
The International Securities Identification Number of the Company will
change from “BMG829251013” to “BMG934031060” once the Change of Name
becomes effective.

on the AltX. The listing of the Company’s Class A shares on the AltX, in

Monday, 9 November 2015. The suspension will remain in place in respect
of the securities issued under the Change of Name.
