DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, African Monarch 710 Investment
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited (“African Monarch”) purchased the following on the open market:
- 791 799 Brimstone ordinary shares at a price of R13.00 per ordinary share, with a total value of
R10 293 387 on 17 December 2015.
Executive directors F Robertson, MA Brey and LZ Brozin each have an indirect beneficial holding of 25%
in the share capital of African Monarch.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
