CHANGES TO COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ms Nettie Wilhelmina (Nettie) Moffatt has tendered her
resignation as Group Company Secretary and will step down as Group Company
Secretary with effect from 31 January 2016. The Board expresses its appreciation
for Nettie’s dedicated and capable assistance to the Board during her tenure.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new Group Company
Secretary.
Shareholders will be advised of further developments as and when they occur .
