modifications to the audited condensed consolidated annual financial statements which were
published on SENS on 27 October 2015.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 35 Third Street, Wynberg,
Sandton on Wednesday, 10 February 2016 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the
notice of AGM, which forms part of the Integrated Report.
