2015, in which Senior Secured Noteholders were advised of a meeting taking place on the 14 th
October 2015 to approve certain amendments of the Terms and Conditions of the Senior
Secured Notes, as detailed in that SENS announcement. Senior Secured Noteholders are
advised that amendments have been approved.
