NOTICE OF PASSING OF THE FORMER COMPANY SECRETARY
It is with utmost sadness that the board of directors of the Company ("the
board") wishes to inform shareholders of the passing of Mr Jack Friedman
(“Jack”) after a long illness, who served as company secretary to Bonatla
over a number of years until his recent ill health.
Jack will be sadly missed by all, directors and employees alike. On behalf of
the board, we express our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his family
and we are grateful to have had access to his loyalty, wisdom, kindness and
business experience.
