121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Buildmax shareholders are advised that it has received notification from Flagship
Asset Management Proprietary Limited that its beneficial interest in Buildmax has decreased to 4.9%
of the issued ordinary shares in Buildmax.
