No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report incorporating
the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2015 has been posted to
shareholders on 30 December 2015. The audited financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited condensed consolidated financial results released on SENS
on 29 September 2015.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders of the
company will be held in the boardroom, 15 Misgund Road, Eikenhof, Johannesburg, at
10:00 on Tuesday, 23 February 2016, to transact the business as stated in the notice of
annual general meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.
Record Dates
The record date for shareholders to receive the annual report is Friday, 18 December
2015. The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as
such in the company’s securities register in order to attend and vote at the Annual
General Meeting is Friday, 12 February 2016. The last day to trade in order to be eligible
to vote at the annual general meeting will be Friday, 5 February 2016.
