NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the Tiger Brands’ announcement of the Reviewed Group
Results for the year ended 30 September 2015 which was published on SENS on 19
November 2015 and in the media on 20 November 2015. The Integrated Annual Report,
which incorporates the Group’s audited annual financial statements and notice to the annual
general meeting, was posted to shareholders on 30 December 2015. The Integrated Annual
Report contains no modifications from the aforementioned SENS announcement and
therefore no abridged report will be published.
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held in the Tiger Brands’ Boardroom
situated at 3010 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston on Tuesday, 16 February 2016 at 14:00 to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting notice.
SALIENT DATES
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the
notice of annual general meeting was Friday, 18 December 2015. The record date for
shareholders to be recorded in the register of shareholders of the Company in order to be
able to attend, participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 5 February
2016. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be registered in the Company`s register
of shareholders is Friday, 29 January 2016.
