RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Fani Titi (South African) has resigned as a Non-Executive
Director on the Board of MTN Group (“the Board”), with effect from 31 December 2015.
Mr Titi joined MTN Group as a Non-Executive Director in July 2012 and also served as a
member of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee.
The Board expresses its appreciation of the valuable contribution made by Titi to the Board
over the years.
