hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification,
in the prescribed form, that:
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) on
behalf of its group and clients has disposed of an interest in the
securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by Coronation amounts to 9.87% of
the total issued securities of the Company.
