Fatal Accident at Mimosa Platinum Mine
Aquarius Platinum Limited ("Aquarius" or the "Company") deeply regrets to advise that an employee
of JV entity Mimosa Platinum Limited was fatally injured whilst working underground on 4 January
2016. There were no other injuries.
The Aquarius board and management express their sincere condolences to the family of the
deceased. The name of the deceased is being withheld until the next of kin have been informed.
The relevant regulatory authorities have been informed and a full investigation is underway.
