APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (“CEO”) AND CHANGE IN ROLE OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Beige is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Raoof Jagot
as the CEO of Beige with immediate effect. Mr NMI(Gora)Abdoola will accordingly step
down as acting CEO and revert to the sole role of Executive Chairman.
Raoof obtained his CA(SA)qualification from the University of South Africa and completed
his articles at PwC. He joins Beige from Malls Tiles (Pty) Ltd, where he held the position of Chief
Financial Officer.
The board believes that Raoof’s experience will stand him in good stead to lead Beige into a
new phase of growth and welcomes him to the board.
