Tobacco Employee Share Ownership Plan that on 6 January 2016 the following Executive
Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities (together the
“Participants”) had purchased ordinary shares of 25p each in British American Tobacco p.l.c.
(the “Shares”) by way of the Partnership Share Scheme at a price of 3,691 pence per Share.
