CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF CEO
Shareholders were advised on 19 May 2015 that Mr Graham
Wackrill had given notice of his intention to retire as CEO on
31 March 2016. He will continue as a non-executive director
thereafter.
The Board is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Pfungwa
Serima will be appointed to the Board as CEO-Designate on 1
February 2016 and will take over as CEO on 1 April 2016.
Mr Serima is currently the Executive Chairman of SAP Africa
and his previous positions included being CEO of Accenture
Technology Solutions, CEO of Microsoft South Africa and then
CEO of SAP Africa. In addition to his successes in South
Africa, he also led and executed the SAP Africa expansion
program establishing five regional offices employing 800
people. Mr Serima is also a non-executive director of Wesbank.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and Computer Science
degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
