CHANGE IN RATING
UBS AG wishes to advise investors that Moody's has upgraded the long-term
senior debt rating of UBS AG from A2 to A1, and changed its outlook from
under review for possible upgrade to stable.
This concludes the review for upgrade initiated by Moody's on 12 October
2015. The upgrade was driven by factors related to Moody's measure of
intrinsic strength (Baseline Credit Assessment or BCA), namely leverage
ratio and earnings.
