Resignation of Company Secretary
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of Trustco wishes to inform shareholders
that Ms S Miller has resigned as Company Secretary with effect
from 15 February 2016. Ms Miller intends to re-enter the legal
profession as a practitioner.
The board of directors is in the process of identifying a
suitable replacement candidate and will notify shareholders once
an appointment is made.
The Company wishes to thank Ms. Miller for her valuable
contribution during her tenure as Company Secretary.
