WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
3 December 2015 in which Astral Foods advised shareholders that
it had not made any offer to, or entered into any negotiations
with, any poultry producers or any of their shareholders to
acquire securities in such poultry producers, and this remains
the current position.
Astral Foods as a focused fully integrated poultry producer
will however continue to explore numerous strategic
alternatives.
Caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in
Astral Foods’ shares.
