APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the appointment to the board,
with immediate effect, of Mr Carel van Heerden.
Mr van Heerden currently serves as the group’s Chief Operating Officer and has
done so since 2013. He started his career at Finbond as an Area Manager in 2008
and has grown with the group over the past eight years. Mr van Heerden holds an
MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a Bcom degree with
specialization in Risk Management from the University of South Africa.
