APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with section 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of ARB (“the board”)
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Dixon as an
independent, non-executive director of ARB, with effect from 18
January 2016.
James is a Chartered Accountant who retired as a
director/partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 2009. He currently
holds three other non-executive positions.
Following James’ appointment, the board comprises two executive
directors and four non-executive directors, three of which are
independent.
