RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
As announced on SENS on 4 December 2015, the directors of Platfields have been advised
that an order for the provisional liquidation of the Company was granted by the High Court of
South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg on 30 October 2015 with a return date
for a final liquidation order on 14 December 2015.
This application was opposed by the Company, with support from the Offeror, from whom an
offer to subscribe for shares had been received. A new court date has been set for
25 January 2016.
The Company’s shares remain suspended on the JSE. Shareholders are, however, advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
