RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 8 December 2015, shareholders are advised that, at
the general meeting of Taste held on 21 January 2016, convened in terms of the notice of general
meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 8 December 2015, the resolutions to approve,
inter alia, the proposed amendments to the Share Incentive Scheme were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
The number of shares voted in person or by proxy was 272 805 799, representing 72% of the total issued
share capital of the same class of Taste shares.
The number of shares which abstained from voting was 117 942, representing 0.031% of the total issued
share capital of the same class of Taste shares.
The resolutions proposed at the general meeting, together with the percentage of votes carried for and
against each resolution, are set out below:
