FURTHER UPDATE ON THE FINE IMPOSED ON MTN NIGERIA
The above-mentioned matter came up for hearing before the Federal High Court in Lagos,
Nigeria this morning, Friday 22 January 2016 .The judge adjourned the matter to 18 March
2016 in order to enable the parties to try and settle the matter. If the parties are unable to
reach a settlement the matter will then proceed on that date.
Noteholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Group’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
