SHARE CAPITAL OF CAPRICORN FUND MANAGERS PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“CFM SOUTH
AFRICA”) AND CFM MALTA LIMITED (“CFM MALTA”) – EXTENSION OF CONDITIONS
PRECEDENT
Further to the SENS announcement of 14 October 2015, the Company advises that
the parties have agreed to extend the date for the fulfilment of the conditions
precedent to 29 February 2016. The extension has been provided to allow the parties
to execute all the necessary corporate agreements.
