RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the “proposed delisting and cautionary announcement” released on
SENS on 18 September 2015, the subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of
which was dated 15 December 2015, and the “Change to the board of directors announcements”
released on SENS on 4 November 2015 and 3 December 2015, respectively.
As the delisting process is ongoing, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.
