CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Lisebo Mokhesi has resigned as a director and Chairman of the board, a
member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Nominations Committee and the Remuneration
Committee.
The Board wishes to thank Lisebo for her contribution to the Company and wishes her all
the best with her future endeavours.
