CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited and following the resignation
of Mr Johann van Zyl as Independent Non-Executive Acting Chairman, as announced on SENS on
1 February 2016, the board of directors of Putprop hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Daniele Torricelli,
an Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of Independent Non-Executive Chairman of
Putprop with immediate effect.
