Change in composition of the Risk Committee
In compliance with Sections 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements and following a reassessment of the
composition of the risk committee, shareholders are advised
that Mr Frank Kilbourn has resigned from the risk committee
with immediate effect. Mr Kilbourn will continue to serve
as Lead Independent Director, chairman of the Remuneration
and Nominations Committee and a member of the Audit
Committee.
Following Mr Kilbourn’s resignation, committee membership
is made up as follows:
N Medupe (Chairman), GG Huysamer, MS Kobilski, SG Morris,
C Ross, KIM Shongwe, WM Tlou, AC Widegger.
