Creditors of the Company voted unanimously in favour of an extension of time within which to
publish the Business Rescue Plan of the Company. The voting was as follows:
1. Value of claims for the Extension R38.654.214.02 (59.4% of total creditors)
2. Value of claims against the Extension Nil
The Business Rescue Plan must be published on or before the 30th of April 2016.
