CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 2 December 2015 where it was
announced that Kabela Maroga, the previous Audit and Risk Committee Chair, had
resigned as Chair of that committee and board member.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Ken Hopkins had been appointed as the acting Chair
of the Audit and Risk Committee of the company, effective 25 January 2016.
