TRANSFER TO THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE
The Board of Directors of Huge is pleased to announce that the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) (operated by the JSE Limited) has
approved the transfer of the Company’s listing from the Alternative
Exchange to the “Mobile Telecommunications” list of the Main Board of the
JSE with effect from Tuesday, 1 March 2016.
The move follows a request by Huge to move to the Main Board as a result of
the Company fulfilling all of the criteria for a Main Board listing as laid down in
the Listings Requirements of the JSE.
