TERMINATION OF CURVES AFRICA TRANSACTION
Shareholders are referred to the Sens announcement dated 4 November 2015 in which shareholders
were advised that Imbalie Beauty has entered into Heads of Agreement to acquire Constantia
Corporation Limited, Franschoek Franchising Services (Pty) Limited, Kaleidoscope Branding CC and
Kimoscape (Pty) Limited (“Curves Africa”) from Pembrook Properties Limited and Unakite Investments
Limited (“the Sellers”) (together “the transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that Imbalie Beauty and the Sellers have decided not to proceed with the
transaction.
