UPDATE REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF THE GREENOAKS FIXED PROPERTY
BY CANDLESTICK PARK INVESTMENTS
Shareholders are referred the SENS announcement dated 23
December 2015 (“Announcement”) relating to the disposal of the
Greenoaks fixed property by Candlestick Park Investments
Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Afdawn
(“Candlestick Transaction”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that one of the conditions
precedent included in the Announcement, which was required for
the conclusion of the Candlestick Transaction has not been
fulfilled and accordingly the Candlestick Transaction will no
longer be implemented by Afdawn.
In accordance with the settlement agreement disclosed in the
Announcement, Afdawn may now engage with other interested
parties relating to the disposal of the Greenoaks fixed
property.
