TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Dipula has
received notification from Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) of the
acquisition by Coronation of Dipula A ordinary shares, such that Coronation (on behalf of its clients)
now holds 55.46% of Dipula’s issued A ordinary shares.
