TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as
soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period
to be reported on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in
relation to such period.
Shareholders are advised that it is reasonably certain that for the six month period
ended 31 December 2015 earnings per share (“EPS”) and headline earnings per
share (“HEPS”) are expected to reflect a decrease of between 675% (3,24 cents per
share) and 696% (3,34 cents per share) when compared to the EPS and HEPS of 0,48
cents per share reported for the six month period ended 31 December 2014.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
The company expects its results for the six month period ended 31 December 2015
to be released on SENS on or about 17 March 2016.
