Shareholders are advised that, as at 9 February 2016, Mr Peter Todd has resigned from the board. The board
wishes to thank Mr Todd for his valuable contribution to the Company.
Shareholders are advised that, as at 9 February 2016, the following directors have been appointed to the board:
. Mr Paul Pretorius, a resident of Mauritius, has been appointed as a non-executive director; and
. Mr Jorge da Costa has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
Green Flash has its primary listing on the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the
JSE.
