RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Mr T Hendry as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 12 February 2016.
The board would like to thank Treve for his contribution to
the Company over the past 4 years.
