In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended (“the Act”) and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Old Mutual Investment Group
Proprietary Limited (“Old Mutual”), on behalf of its clients, has decreased its interest in securities of the
Company such that the total interest in the securities of the Company held by Old Mutual on behalf of
its clients collectively amounts to 4,08% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.
