RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Dr MH Tsolo as the independent
non-executive chairman of the Company with effect from 29
February 2016 for health and personal reasons.
The board would like to thank Dr Tsolo for his valuable
contribution during the past 11 years serving as a director of
the Company and wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
