Appointment of Company Secretary
In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the board of directors of Trustco wishes to inform
shareholders that Ms Amanda Bruyns has been appointed as Company
Secretary with effect from 17 February 2016.
Ms Bruyns, holds a B.Proc. and a LLB degree and was admitted as an
attorney and conveyancer in 2001.
The board has the utmost confidence in Amanda’s ability to fulfil
the role of Company Secretary and looks forward to her assisting
the board in fulfilling its mandate.
