CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Putprop (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Hayden Thompson Hartley (“Hayden”) has
been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Putprop and member of the Audit and Risk
Committee with immediate effect.
Hayden, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Finance and Economics, has twelve years’
experience in the property, construction and development sectors. He has also been involved in numerous
projects for a leading South African gold mining company in his capacity as construction and project
manager, and is currently involved in additional projects from a developmental perspective.
The Board welcomes Hayden and looks forward to his contributions to the Company.
