SABMiller plc was notified on 17 February 2016 that Ms S. M. Clark, a PDMR, had on 17 February
2016 exercised options to purchase 98,392 SABMiller ordinary shares, of which 31,892 were at an
option price of £12.50 per share, 50,000 were at an option price of £11.67 per share and 16,500 were
at an option price of £10.61 per share.
98,392 ordinary shares in the Company were subsequently sold by Ms Clark at a price of £41.685 per
share on 17 February 2016 in London.
