CHANGE OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Indequity
shareholders are advised that Ms Zelda Olivier has resigned from her position as company secretary
of Indequity, with effect from 01 March 2016
The board of directors of Indequity (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that Werner Schalk de Vries
has been appointed as company secretary of Indequity with effect from 01 March 2016. Werner
Schalk de Vries has a Bcom Statistics degree. The Board would like to thank Ms Zelda Olivier for her
valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
