TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2015
In terms of the paragraph 3.4 of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied with a reasonable degree of certainty that the
financial results of the period to be reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial results
of the previous corresponding period.
Accentuate shareholders are advised that basic earnings per share and headline earnings per share
for the six months ended 31 December 2015 are expected to be between 5.65 and 5.85 cents per
share (2014: 3.76 cents per share), reflecting an increase of between 50% and 56% on the
corresponding period ending 31 December 2014.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by the
Company’s auditors. The Company’s interim financial results will be released on or about 29
February 2016.
