RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Ms ABA Conrad has resigned as an executive director of the Oceana board of
directors (“the Board”), with effect from 30 April 2016.
The Board would like to thank Ms Conrad for her valuable contribution to the Company over the
past 16 years and wish her everything of the best in her future endeavours.
