NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF GENERAL MEETING OF AFFECTED PERSONS
Shareholders are advised that the general meeting of affected
persons, scheduled for 23 February 2016, has been postponed to a
later date to be confirmed in due course.
There will accordingly be no general meeting of affected persons on
23 February 2016.
