CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited notification is hereby
given that Mr Shaun Beecroft has resigned as Financial
Director with effect from 23 March 2016.
A further announcement informing shareholders of the
appointment of the new Financial Director will be made as
soon as possible.
The Board of Directors thanked Shaun Beecroft for his
valuable contribution over the last 4.5 years.
